Gulag 2 is a double kettlebell program designed for maximum strength and muscle with minimal equipment.
The program is either four or six days per week depending on if you do the optional cardio days or not.
Pairs of kettlebells – you’ll be using pairs of grinding moves like presses and squats in the 3-5 rep range. You’ll also need pairs for complexes that you can use non-stop for 15-25 reps.
